1. Orders & Payments

Buying art here is simple! Just add your favorites to the cart, follow the checkout steps and pay securely via Credit Card or PayPal. Prices include VAT, and shipping is calculated at the end. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is confirmed and another when it’s on its way!

2. SHIPPING

I ship worldwide via CORREOS España. It usually takes me 2-5 days to get your order ready with love and care.

  • Standard Shipping: Budget-friendly, but no tracking (I can’t be responsible for carrier issues here).
  • Certified Shipping: Includes tracking so you can follow its journey.

I take great care to ensure every item is well-packaged and protected. However, I cannot be held responsible for damages suffered during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me the same day you receive it, and we will try to find a solution.

As a small business, I cannot cover every error made by the transport company, but I promise to pack your items as securely as possible and I recommend Certified Shipping for extra peace of mind.

I care about our ecological footprint. I try to use recycled materials and avoid plastics whenever possible. All shipping materials are recyclable and reusable, and I only use plastic when it is strictly necessary to protect your art. If you have any suggestions to improve this process, feel free to write me with your ideas!

Note: Customers outside Europe are responsible for any local customs fees.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Changed your mind? You have 14 days to return an item (except custom pieces). Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Mistakes or defects? If I sent the wrong item or it’s defective, contact me immediately and I’ll fix it at no cost to you. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel within 6 hours of purchase.

Note: Don’t forget that items must be returned in their original condition and envelope. If the item is not returned in its original state, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
